With products running on over 40 countries, the company develops integration between corporate information and communication systems, whether by voice, chat, email or social networks.

From the first customers in Pernambuco, MIDIAVOX began to operate throughout Brazil, then Latin America, Europe and North America.

The company was founded after months of research by the founders, and since then has been focused on the development of solutions for computerized telephony.

The first customers to contract MIDIAVOX solutions were Rede Globo Nordeste, SUDENE, and Grupo BOMPREÇO.

The company secured its first contract for a project with LUCENT Technologies.

Expansion
2002
Following the spin-off from LUCENT and the creation of AVAYA Communications in 2000, MIDIAVOX embarked on its first projects outside of Brazil.
