Our Purpose

We are specialized on developing applications for Contact Centers.

With products running on over 40 countries, the company develops integration between corporate information and communication systems, whether by voice, chat, email or social networks.

The company's typical market is corporations that have many customers with whom they maintain a long-lasting relationship, such as banks, finance companies, utility companies, supermarket chains, in short, companies that need a call center, from minimum to maximum size. From the first customers in Pernambuco, MIDIAVOX began to operate throughout Brazil, then Latin America, Europe and North America.

The first customers to contract MIDIAVOX solutions were Rede Globo Nordeste, SUDENE, and Grupo BOMPREÇO.

The company secured its first contract for a project with LUCENT Technologies.

International Expansion

International Expansion

Following the spin-off from LUCENT and the creation of AVAYA Communications in 2000, MIDIAVOX embarked on its first projects outside of Brazil.
